421 Donald B. Munro Dr, Carp
Nearby Hike: Crazy Horse Trail
Atmosphere: Spacious historical building, with many antiques and local treasures from Carp which create a down-to-earth, unique feel. A crisp, clean finish just like their American Pale Ale.
Patio: Wooden picnic tables with room at each table. Open late Friday & Saturday.
Food: A full menu of mainly pub-style food, appropriate to go for dinner. Offering takeout.
6081 Hazeldean Rd, Stittsville
Nearby Hike: South Highlands Conservation Forest
Atmosphere: Spacious and clean with just a hint of their old grunge, this brewery is starting to feel like a neighbourhood stop.
Patio: The new patio extends out front of the brewery. Complete with umbrellas and some Adirondack chairs.
Food: Hot apps and bites available.

Nearby Hike: South Highlands Conservation Forest
Atmosphere: Recently moved to Kanata from their start in a garage! Spacious and bright location.
Patio: Yes – beautiful wooden patio deck in the back, with new furniture and umbrellas.
Food: Grab some simple BBQ or snacks & dips.
119 Iber Rd #6, Stittsville
Nearby Hike: South Highlands Conservation Forest
Atmosphere: Simple space with wooden community bar tables and board games available.
Patio: A patio has been extended into the parking lot. Open until 6pm Thurs - Sun.
Food: Food trucks are often invited and served at the brewery. Changes frequently so check first.
101 Schneider Rd, Kanata
Nearby Hike: Shirley's Bay
Atmosphere: Rustic and open concept, they take the ‘barrel’ in the name to the next level. Note, sour beers only!
Patio: Open Tuesday – Sunday, new patio extension out front.
Food: Not at the brewery itself, but you’re able to bring something from the bakery next door.
103 Schneider Rd, Kanata
Nearby Hike: Pinhey Forest
Atmosphere: Big Rig is no longer a small craft brewery and is in fact Ottawa’s largest, with 3 locations. It is a well-known establishment in the capital, with a casual pub-restaurant feel.
Patio: Yes – A larger patio has been extended into the parking lot area.
Food: Bar bites and snacks (full menu at their kitchen locations).
2265 Robertson Rd, Nepean
Nearby Hike: Stony Swamp - Lime Kiln Trail
Atmosphere: Their location in Bells Corners was previously a car dealership, and has spacious taproom with a long bar.
Patio: Sizeable patio with wooden picnic tables. Indoor taproom also open.
Food: Ad Mare and Walking Tacos food trucks on site.
2172 Robertson Rd, Nepean
Nearby Hike: Stony Swamp - Jack Pine Trail
Atmosphere: New location with a spacious open concept dining hall. Note, they also make and sell their own coffee grounds.
Patio: No patio, working on proper spacing at their new location to account for distancing.
Food: Yes, full menu now available when dining in.
14 Bexley Pl, Nepean
Nearby Hike: Phiney Forest
Atmosphere: Simple, edgy look and all the creative seasonal beers you could ask for. It has a relaxed environment, almost hidden in the back of a parking lot.
Patio: Yes, the ‘palletio’ has been recently opened with new umbrellas.
Food: Menu available by their neighbour Ishina Indian Cuisine, and all payable on one bill! New beer every Friday.
190 Colonnade Rd #17, Nepean
Nearby Hike: Chapman Mills Conservation Area
Atmosphere: Laid back and rustic with wooden accents.
Patio: Yes, modest sized patio created out front. Open until 5pm.
Food: No food but they make their own kombucha too.
2477 Kaladar Ave, Ottawa
Nearby Hike: Stony Swamp - Old Quarry Trail
Atmosphere: Modern, industrial style tap room with wrap around bar and large garage door window.
Patio: Yes – extended patio out front, with sun umbrellas. Open until 9pm.
Food: Partnered with Meatings BBQ, different specials daily.
3 Irving Ave, Ottawa
Nearby Hike: Pine Grove Trail
Atmosphere: A smaller brewing company, it has a playful yet intimate vibe. Full shelf of board games you can play while you drink.
Patio: Yes –the main patio is covered, with an extension around the front.
Food: Typically have a menu with apps and sandwiches, but their kitchen has not yet reopened.

Nearby Hike: Hogs Back Park
Atmosphere: Casual, playful atmosphere, full of Canadian pride. It feels like a private legion has welcomed you.
Patio: Yes – new picnic tables and umbrellas out front on a grassy lawn. Open until 7pm during the week, 3pm on weekends.
Food: None, but located near some tasty restaurants.
250 City Centre Ave Bay 106, Ottawa
Nearby Hike: Phiney Forest
Atmosphere: A spacious brewery which typically hosts unique events. They have a long bar and different sized tables.
Patio: Yes – The patio extension has full tables, with their signature white fence surrounding.
Food: BTP has a full menu with Southern inspired BBQ dishes.
702 Somerset St W, Ottawa
Nearby Hike: Pine Grove Trail
Atmosphere: Modern, intimate feel – you can tell it’s been renovated!
Patio: Yes – a small patio has been created out front as well as one out back.
Food: Not currently but it’s in the heart of Chinatown.
37 Flora St, Ottawa
Nearby Hike: Stony Swamp - Lime Kiln Trail
Atmosphere: Open concept space with some community style tables and a lively atmosphere.
Patio: Yes – recently added patio space.
Food: Various sandwiches, salads and even picnic baskets at Flora Hall. Takeout available.

Nearby Hike: Stony Swamp - Jack Pine Trail
Atmosphere: Cozy and historic feel, nestled in the basement of a stone building.
Patio: Deck patio with brick wall accent and twinkle lights.
Food: Not on site, but you’re welcome to bring your own!

Nearby Hike: Stony Swamp - Sarsaparilla Trail
Atmosphere: Spacious, lively and casual, located in the Byward Market.
Patio: Always a good-sized patio out front.
Food: Menu deals differ throughout the week, a variation of your typical pub food.

Nearby Hike: Pioneer Trail
Atmosphere: No longer technically a ‘craft brewery’, a larger space with a pub/restaurant feel.
Patio: Beautiful space in a historical mill along the Ottawa River.
Food: Full menu with a variety of meal options.
850 Industrial Ave #12, Ottawa
Nearby Hike: Green's Creek Trail
Atmosphere: Simple, clean look with bicycle accents and industrial lighting.
Patio: None. Open for curbside pick-up.
Food: Local snacks, or have food delivered from another spot.
1151 Ogilvie Rd, Gloucester
Nearby Hike: Mer Bleu Conservation Area
Atmosphere: Small batch brewery located within Gracie’s Brew Pub & Music Hall.
Patio: No patio, can grab beer to go.
Food: Complete pub style menu at Gracie’s.

Nearby Hike: Dewberry Trail
Atmosphere: Rustic Canadian vibe, with wooden tables and an outdoor patio next to a park.
Patio: Yes, but currently still closed. Beer pickups and deliveries only.
Food: Changing menu with different specials available.
4380 Innes Rd, Orléans
Nearby Hike: Dewberry Trail
Atmosphere: Modern renovated building with rustic and wooden accents.
Patio: Substantial covered patio, open until 9pm or 10pm on weekends.
Food: Their own menu full of bites, flatbreads and mains.
501 Lacolle Way Unit 4, Orléans
Nearby Hike: Humantics Sanctuary And Sculpture Park
Atmosphere: Classic and clean rustic feel with wooden tables and bar. Very dog friendly!
Patio: New distanced patio created into the parking lot. Open until 8pm Friday & Saturday.
Food: None at the brewery, but they encourage ordering from Bistro L'Entre-Deux next door.
1680 Vimont Ct Unit 106, Orléans
Nearby Hike: Chutes de Plaisance
Atmosphere: Clean industrial building, with a blue collar, built-it-myself attitude.
Patio: Grassy patio extended alongside the building. Open until 8pm weekends.
Food: None currently, but it's in the works.

You forgot the most popular hike in Calabogie: Eagle’s Nest! Less than an hour from Ottawa and 10 minutes from the Calabogie Brewing Co on the Madawaska River rapids. Cheers!
