February is Black History Month. It is an annual celebration of Black creators, successes and achievements. It is a time to read Black authors, learn about anti racism, amplify Black voices, make goals to help the Black community and support Black owned businesses. Things we should be doing 12 months of the year.

This elegant café in Ottawa’s west end, is both cozy and classy. Not only do they serve locally roasted coffee, they offer decadent desserts and savoury meals. They source locally whenever possible and have a beautiful space you won’t want to leave. Takeout for pickup and delivery is available during the pandemic, including cocktails, beer and wine.
